February Event Payment Schedule:

·         September 10, 2015 – 50% of package total due

·         October 30, 2015 – 75% of package total due

·         December 24 2015 – 100% of package total due

Cancellation Policy:

·         Up to November 7, 2015 – $50.00 per person cancellation fee.

·         November 8, 2015 to December 7, 2015 – $100.00 per person cancellation fee.

·         December 8, 2015 to January 6, 2015 – 50% penalty.

·         On or After January 7, 2015 – NO REFUND
