Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival will incur in a $150.00 processing fee.
Cancellations 89-60 days prior to arrival will incur in a 1night penalty
Cancellations 59-46 days prior to arrival will incur in a 3 nights penalty.
Cancellations 45 days and arrival day – NO REFUND
NO shows – NO REFUND
